What's up In the community?

We've had a bunch of different things going on lately, first off our Cross Fire division has come close to doubling in size, as well as getting a new lieutenant. Go ahead and check out all the new stuff going on in our Cross Fire forum.

We've also had some nice growth in our ROSE division and have a bunch of fun activities going on, along with several more people managing their characters to the max level of 210. Curious as to what we're up to? Check out the ROSE forum.

Deadi has also recently gotten married and is now off on his honeymoon! Don't forget to shout a congrats to him the next time you see him!

Pinoy has also been promoted to Sever Admin in our TeamSpeak server. Congrats Pinoy!

Our YouTube account is starting to pick up with a number of videos including reviews, a guild wars promo, and a ROSE video making tutorial. Check it out here. And don't forget that if you want to submit a video to be posted under the ONE YouTube you can send it to me and I'll put it up for you. (All my contact info is on my profile)

Website: The Gallery is still running a little dormant. Just hit the "gallery" button at the top of the site and you can view and upload pictures. Feel free to upload anything you want. (As long as it's within the rules).


Games:
1. ROSE: The ROSE clan continues to grow and expand and the clans keep leveling up, also they have added a new area and lvl180 armor. Closer to home, Jordan (Osusurus) is giving away items in a contest. Click here for more.
2. CrossFire: A new, free, first person shooter has erupted in ONE. The CrossFire division is growing rapidly, with Deadi leading the division along with Mikeyy and TheEarl as his lieutenant CrossFire looks like it is going to flourish.


Teamspeak: Our teamspeak server continues to grow.

Top News: ONE has recently created it's own YouTube account and channel. So far having 2 videos (Video versions of game reviews) and a video project in the works. The YouTube account is being run by myself (Third) and all submissions go through me to try and ensure that nothing gets put up that shouldn't or gets deleted that shouldn't. If there is anything that you have to submit you can find all my contact information here. All reviews are now going to be put on a schedule of sorts and will all be done as YouTube videos. They will still be put in the forums and on newsposts as usual. You can find ONE's YouTube channel here.

Games:

2. CoDWaW: A couple of us still play CoDWaW every night. Get with me and I'll let you know about what time.

Teamspeak: Teamspeak continues to grow. We have a new Server Admin as well. Pinoy has been given Server Administrator as the new War Rock Division Leader.

Star Wars the Clone Wars

So after watching several episodes of the Clone Wars animated TV show, I picked up Clone Wars the movie to rent, and boy, I was not disappointed. The movie has an incredibly interesting animation style (it makes it look like a really badass cartoon) along with well done story, an interesting plot, and some really funny one-liners.

Overall Clone Wars was a great Star Wars movie and personally, it kicked the crap out of Epi1&2. (except for episode 2's clones & fight scenes) It excelled in many areas that the latest 3 Star Wars movies had flaws, like everything with Anikan, without hurting the good things, like Obi-Wan, and gave some good fight scenes. It also probably had the best humor of episodes 1-3 combined, which helped sell the movie to me (Cartoons or animated shows/films without humor seem...wrong...to me) but don't worry, Clone Wars still has flaws to poke fun at.

One of the most annoying characters in the movie is also the most funny, the little apprentice who was assigned to Skywalker, (Can't remember her name) she somehow seems horribly inappropriate to have there, while seeming to fit in perfectly, Her humor is incredibly antagonizing towards Skywalker (which makes me lol) and she seems to always have a better plan or know what to do better then Skywalker. And she can take better care of herself. So question: Why didn't they just replace Skywalker with that witty little Apprentice and just have the movie about her and Obi-Wan? That's the formula for a movie about win.

Anyway the movie is good, funny, and well made. It's on the top of my list for favorite Star Wars movies (Now It's Empire Strikes Back as #1, Clone Wars as #2) and the top of the list for my favorite animated movies.

Recommendation

This isn't a must see, but it's worth at least a rental, it isn't pure win and cake, but it is pretty cool along with some clever humor, it also ditches the most annoying things that Epi2&3 were prone to, Anikan being so whiny you just wonder why Obi-Wan doesn't just &%*$#-slap him. It gave an all-star try and deserves a pat on the back. It's pretty damn good movie.
